THERMONDYNAMICS OF ANTIOXIDATIVE PROPERTIES OF MODEL- AND NATURAL ANTIOXIDANTS

His research interest involves the study of thermal degradation and stability of synthetic polymers, theoretical study of the thermodynamics of primary antioxidants action and the oxidation of naturally occurring substances, such as tocopherols, flavonoids, carotenes, sterols. Erik Klein published over 45 publications that received ca 800 citations (h-index: 15 according to Web of Science) and is member of excellent scientific team FYZCHEMFYZ approved by the Accreditation Commission of Slovak Republic.
He gives lectures in Courses of Physical Chemistry, Laboratory Practice from Physical Chemistry, Experimental Data Processing, Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis and supervises Bc, MS and PhD students.
